INDONESIAN GOVERNMENT POLICY IN MAINTAINING ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION OF MARINE BIOTA THROUGH THE EXPORT PROHIBITION OF LOBSTER SHRIMP SEED

The Indonesian government prohibits the export of Lobster seeds through Minister Marine Affairs and Fisheries Regulation No. 17/PERMEN-KP/2021 where lobster shrimp are prohibited for in order to preserve environment marine biota Indonesia, this is related decreasing population Shrimp wild caused by capture that not properly controlled. This research included normative legal using data contained laws regulations protection environment, especially problem environmental Indonesia terms controlling population. discussion uses a qualitative method, namely discussing from perspective background which regulation was issued, comparing opinions experts field. results study show how important ban on life control so they do become extinct future, thus it hoped preservation can be passed future generations.
